Cohorts & Gatherings

Reimagine collaboration by connecting with practitioners through collaborative learning spaces and interactive events

Session 01 • 90 Min
Foundations of Presence

Explore the theology of accompaniment and the shift from transactional to relational service. We begin by listening to the soul of our community.

HOMEWORK:

Identify three key 'relational anchors' in your neighborhood and spend 30 minutes in silent observation at one.

Session 03 • 90 Min
Conflict as Opportunity

Navigating the inevitable tensions of shared mission. We study restorative practices and generative dialogue to turn barriers into bridges.

HOMEWORK:

Conduct a 'Crucial Conversation' with a peer regarding a point of friction, using the listening frameworks discussed.

Join Our Next Cohort

We invite visionary leaders to a transformative 4-session journey. Together, we deepen our capacity for relationally collaborative mission and shared impact.

Session 02 • 90 Min
The Art of Collaboration

Learning the mechanics of collective impact without losing the heartbeat of mission. How to design systems that serve people, not just metrics.

HOMEWORK:

Draft a 'Collaboration Covenant' for a current or potential partnership, focusing on shared values over deliverables.

Session 04 • 90 Min
Sustainable Rhythms

Encoding collaboration into your long-term leadership. We design personal and organizational rules of life for enduring impact.

HOMEWORK:

Map out a quarterly 'Sabbath for Collaborative Leads' to ensure emotional health and relational longevity.
